Are pets permitted?

Absolutely!  The Residents at Harlan Flats is a pet friendly community so please speak with your leasing agent for details on bringing your furry friends to our downtown Wilmington, DE apartments. Reduced Pet Deposit by 50% of the market rate for all Delaware Humane Association adoptions only. Please contact our leasing office more information.

• Pets – Max 2 allowed
• $500 deposit for 1st pet
• $250 deposit for each additional pet
• Breed Restrictions Apply

How do I pay my rent?

It’s easy! Simply click here or go to the menu and go to Residents Corner than select ‘Connect’ from the drop-down menu.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Our 24/7 Doorman will absolutely accept your packages, dry cleaning, groceries etc. No problem! We will even let you know when you receive your delivery by sending you communication through our residents ‘Connect’ portal. We make life easy at the The Resident at Harlan Flats!

How do I report a maintenance issue?

It’s simple- just log in to the Resident portal ‘Connect’ and report your issue and our maintenance team will handle it and keep you updated.
