The Residences at Harlan Flats Recognized at DAA Awards

The Residences at Harlan Flats won two awards at the Delaware Apartment Association (DAA) Best of Delaware Apartment Living awards held Thursday evening! Our new website was awarded Best Property Website for its functionality and design, and our building won 2nd place in the New Construction category!

In addition to our community awards, ResideBPG was awarded the highest honor of Management Company of the Year. We are so proud to be a part of this amazing company!

The DAA Best of Delaware Apartment Living awards are held annually to recognize the achievements of apartment communities and property management companies in the multi-family housing industry in Delaware. In order to receive the awards, each individual and property goes through a series of testing and interviews. All of the awards are state-wide honors.

The Delaware Apartment Association was formed to advance the rental housing industry through educational, legislative, and informational support, helping its members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around them.
